Barcelona {days three and four}

On Thursday, we took a bus to Figuera to see the Salvador Dalí Museum and had lunch in this charming town.

Dalí signed his wife's name along with his.
 Learning.

Double image paintings. I loved these.

 Playing!

After lunch we got back on the bus and headed to Girona, a medieval town that was absolutely beautiful. We toured the largest single-nave cathedral, had the most amazing hot chocolate, and then headed back to the hotel. That night Tim and I got to go out with the rest of the faculty for dinner while two of our wonderful students stayed with the boys. :)

My little photographer-protegee.

 Tapestry of Creation.

On Friday, we started our day at the Fundació Joan Mirò Museum. I love this sculpture!

View from the terrace.

The kids like the lockers.

After the museum, we went toward the harbor to the aquarium. It was a gorgeous day.

The aquarium was pretty awesome!

That night we went to a Flamenco show, which was truly fabulous. The kids took naps, so they got to come too (and both mom and dad got to enjoy it as well). I need to get the photos from Benjamin's camera from that night.
